Because there are lots of large trees in the area, a sloping roof was deemed to be best in order to better customize the prefab room addition to the customer’s needs. This decision opened up new opportunities, such as allowing for clearstory windows that ensure lots of natural light is able to flood into the space. This prefab home addition has a full foundation, meaning utilities could be installed to provide further conveniences and comforts. As extra features, we created a crawl space, waterproof vinyl flooring, and a propane stove for heating.
