This custom build was designed and built in-house. Lots of unique features that include live edge shelving, and a tree removed from the property as a stair banister support. The outside has Craftsman accents, tapered posts, and gable trusses with laser cut and powder coated truss plates for accents.

This beautiful architecturally designed backyard studio features a ½ bath and electric radiant floor heat, a 17’ full opening door, and vertical metal siding. Not to mention the stunning Aluminum facade when you approach the structure.

This garage features a wide-open workspace in the lower area with bonus room above. It was a traditional stem wall and footing and a full slab with epoxy floor.

This very modern Beach Cabana has lots of unique elements with all-electric radiant heat, very large, full opening doors, a modern sloping ceiling inside and out with wood shiplap on the ceiling, dropped shower pan, and a soaking tub.

This 1800 farmhouse kitchen remodel with sandblasted repurposed beams, Granite countertops, and custom cabinets. The customer had a great sense of design, and we feel all the pieces came together.

This addition was tailored to match the house that is a turn-of-the-century house. All materials were brought in through a 48” wide gate including an excavator. The exterior design elements mesh beautifully with the existing house and the modern studio that was existing. The roof swale and exposed beams on the interior, and Fiberglass energy-efficient windows take this structure to a new level.

This beautiful sewing studio offers a ladder to the upper storage loft where you can enjoy a view of the sound through the front transom window. Finished nicely with a small kitchenette, and ¾ bath. Tucked nicely in a treed, landscaped area, it allows this client's creativeness to flow.

This Coast Studio is both form and function. The Coast model is the perfect alternative to converting a room in your home or adding on to your home. These models are under the threshold of permitting which speeds the process up from start to finish.

A rental build just down the road from our facility that offers a Modern Farmhouse look both inside and out. At 1600sqft gross, this home feels very large due to the vaulted ceiling and 9’ ceiling heights. This home has mini-splits for heating and cooling in every bedroom and main room with cadet heaters to supplement. A workshop in the garage area makes this a very functional, tastefully designed home.
