Factors That Affect the Cost of a Prefab Studio
Are you interested in getting a prefabricated studio, but you're concerned about the cost? Check out the factors that affect the cost of a prefab studio here.

Every time someone sees a prefabricated studio, they’re blown away––then they ask how much it costs shortly after. There are a lot of factors that affect the cost of a prefab studio, but most people are surprised to learn we price our studios very competitively. If you’re wondering what some of the factors are that influence the price, read our guide below.
The Square Footage and Building Materials
As you might suspect, the larger the studio, the more expensive it’ll be. Think about buying a home—the 3,000 square foot home is usually more expensive than the 1,000 square foot ranch. And prefab studios are no different. The more square feet your studio has means more building materials will be required to build the structure. With our state-of-the-art computer software, we design our structures to use as little building materials as possible, so we can reduce unnecessary waste and charge you less. Additionally, some building materials cost more than others. For instance, if you wanted a solid wood door as opposed to a fiberglass door, that would cost more. That said, you can rest assured knowing the standard materials we use are the best to ensure our studios are top-quality.
Custom Features
If you have special requests or want to customize specific parts of your studio, it may result in additional costs. We offer a variety of standard designs that fit most of our customer’s needs, but occasionally, our customers need something changed. Our team is more than capable of providing you with the studio you need, but understand that custom features typically require additional labor which we must charge for. We’re happy to work with you and meet your needs, so if you’d like a quote, don’t hesitate to reach out.
As you can see, the factors that affect the cost of a prefab studio are similar to home construction. There are absolutely no surprise costs involved with our prefabricated structures. By now, you’re probably wondering who we are and why you should trust us.
